South African Snapshots: no 7

Kalk Bay Harbour.

I adore the quaint little fishing village Kalk Bay on the Cape Peninsula. Most of all, I love its harbour. Each afternoon, you can buy fresh fish directly off the little fishing-boats as they return from a morning out at sea. There is a hustle and bustle in Kalk Bay harbour, created by locals and tourists alike. There are old men fishing off the pier, seals trying to get a piece from the stalls that debone fish, tourists snapping pics and an air of sophistication from the Harbour House restaurant.
