Seriously, this is probably one of the biggest Luxury Problems one can suffer from. During the last week, we have eaten more fine meals than I can count, at private dinners, at renowned restaurants and at luxury hotels. And to top it off; lunch at Test Kitchen followed by dinner at Chef’s Warehouse followed by lunch at La Colombe the next day. Don’t get me wrong though, I enjoyed every morsel! But all I want right now is beans on toast. Although come to think of it, not that white floppy bread; a nice sourdough. And not just canned beans; properly cooked ones with a good dose of chili and garlic preferably topped with a nice, aged cheese 😉
